tooltip: component not hidden when mouseout occurs.

check richfaces-showcase. It's attached to parent panel component. I could
check that script contains id of the panel as target element to attach. And it
appears ok when component hovered with mouse. But I could perform mouseout to
description part of the page and tooltip still follows mouse.
