Summary: rich:tooltip - with @layout=inline - when moving out to the

Description:
With layout=inline:
You let tooltip to appear and then move out to the left side, the tooltip will
hide after leaving the target component area.
But when moving out to the right side, the tooltip is following mouse - will
disappear after moving left.
