Description:
You can currently drag columns in way that you have to drag on the target
column, then the arrow is catched up to the left of the target column.
But in 3.x, the way was more appropriate: the change of column which is the
arrow catched up to is chosen in the middle of the column - when you are on the
left side of target column, the arrow is catched between the target column and
column on the left and when you are on the right side of target column, the
arrow is catched between the target column and column on the right.

The way chosen in 4.x doesn't allow to choose placing the dragged column as the
