Main changes done at 4.x migration point:
- Tags were renamed
- Adaptor tags lost their own "var" attributes. Now they are using what
rich:tree declares
- "included*" attributes were renamed - "rendered" should be used instead
- adaptors can use rich:treeNode components either nested inside them the ones
defined as immediate children of rich:tree component
- code updated to comply with new requirements: e.g. lazy loading support and
possibility for the user to switch off several nodes from rendering
- only Iterable & Map are supported as adaptor values
- adaptors that have no children are considered to be leaf (i.e. recursive
adaptors can never be rendered as leaves - see showcase example for a good
example of file manager)
