Tab panel has following attributes that do not work:
width, height
tabClassActive, tabClassDisabled, tabClassInactive, tabClass
headerLayout
headerClass, headerSpacingClass
onbeforetabchange, ontabchange
On the other hand, following attributes are missing in taglib but work as
expected:
tabHeaderClass
tabHeaderClassActive
tabHeaderClassInactive
tabHeaderClassDisabled
