In JSF 2.0, h:commandButton and h:commandLink both have includeViewParams
attribute that lets to propagate bookmarkable view parameters to requests from
given page.
While it's possible to append these parameters by hand to a4j:ajax behavior or
some components, it's not possible for components that use built-in AJAX or
acts like commanes.
