I expect that from http://community.jboss.org/wiki/MenusmigrationtoRichFaces4
the aforementioned attributes should have following values to influence
globally (in scope of panel menu)
what type of request will be needed to:
select the item (in case of @itemMode)
expand the group (in case of @groupMode)
Both of them doesn't do so and without of respect of current settings, they
work in mode: @itemMode=ajax, @groupMode=client
