It would be better to see these implemented at least by GA. Other components
have these attributes implemented so it's good to be consistent anyway.
On another note, it would be good to know why you think these are rarely used.
The two RF books (from Max and Packt) have examples which show how you can use
a4j:log to show the events that Palo have listed. IMHO, these should be done
for all components
