Jay - I just updated CR1 changelog content, it now has the list provided by
Ilya. I made some minor changes to the list (mostly grammar) but I think it
still needs some review (I'm not a native english speaker ;-) ) Other than
that, I changed the position of the components list and the changelog. Now they
are at the end, so whenever we add new components or a new release is added to
the changelog, the content that was below wont get lost.
