Works according to current design. you collapsing the group 2, so all the inner
groups(including 2.3) also get collapsed from JS(in ajax or client mode) and
fires collapse events also. Maybe it's valid to discuss either the inner groups
should be collapsed or not in that case, but it's not an issue in current
design.
