This happens due to ui/commons code not encoding behavior scripts following the
first submitting behavior. While we can fix by returning correct hints for the
ClientValidator behavior, IMHO the complete fix will be check behaviors that
follow clientValidator and not add validator Ajax request call if any of them
is submitting.
