dataTable does not close <TR> if last column is not rendered

If the last _<rich:column />_'s _rendered_ attribute evaluates to false, the
opened _<TR>_ tag will not be closed.
The reason for this is a bug in _DataTableRenderer.encodeRow_ logic, where the
code that closes the row tag is executed only if we render the last column.
This needs to be fixed to always close the row tag, if it was opened.
