Hey Jason, I have come to this problem and it seems having {{@Push}} as regular
annotation instead of qualifier solves the problem.
It is then possible to publish event on CDI event bus.
However, as you said, it will not contain chosen topic as the payload - that
doesn't seem as critical for me, since this payload is necessary only for
publishing to {{TopicsContext}}.
