Steps to Reproduce:
# download Showcase WAR file from attachments
# start JBoss AS 7
# deploy the WAR fileand open
http://localhost:8080/showcase/phoneHome.jsf#region:region
# type something into the name and e-mail input fields
# click on the "Submit" button -> nothing happens (wrong)
# click on the "Submit" button again -> the form is submitted (correct)
