My suggestion is to use following "empty" mapping as configuration for "do not
load resource":

It would be necessary to implement new configuration of
{{richfaces-resources-maven-plugin}} which would generate empty mappings.
Additionally, SystemEventListener mentioned in
[workaround|https://community.jboss.org/wiki/WorkaroundForLOADNONEResourceLoadingStrategyInRichFaces41]
can be used to prevent these resources.
There is connected overhead with fact that these "empty" resources needs to be
marked by SystemEventListener prior the load of each page (~80 insertions to
contextMap).
