Description:
the inputListOfValues is a text field that also supports launching a dialog to
assist users in entering a value.
Actually this component is the same as rich:suggestionBox however instead of
having suggestion in the same page , it opens in dialog or another modal window
popup .
also it might be a good idea to fire events
