Tried in 4.2.2.Final (in Metamer's simple sample page) with Firefox 12, Chrome
19.0 and Opera 11.61 on Linux x86_64 and IE7 and IE9. Only printed/previewed
pages from Opera have the slider's triangle black and visible. Chrome and FF
have white slider's triangle and IEs have empty/not visible slider.
