This issue has been resolvved for Toggle, Accordion and Tab panels by replacing
all component and renderer child iterations with an implementation of the
visitor pattern. Additionally, _clientId_'s are new used for the _name_'s of
these components, rather than the id.
I'd like to see this resolved for Columns as well, before this issue is closed.
