The most relevant part:
The dynamically crated tabs of rich:tabPanel can not be removed. They however
can be clicked. It is occurring only on Firefox 18.

How reproducible:
It is reproducible on RichFaces internal application Metamer at this URL:
http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richTabPanel/addTab2.xhtml
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Create tab button e.g. three times to create three tabs
2. Try to click on the cross of the tab in order to remove it
3. See that it is not removed.
