Steps to Reproduce:
# load e.g. demo for rich:togglePanel at
localhost:8080/showcase/richfaces/component-sample.jsf?demo=togglePanel&sample=dynamic&skin=blueSky
# Click two times on Next button to toggle the panel. You should see: Skin:
deepMarine in the panel header.
# Click two times on the Previous button in order to toggle to the first panel
with header: Skin: blueSky
# Click next button
# See that the panel is not toggled anymore, till the form is not submitted
again. E.g. click on the 'Switch to the..' button in order to submit the form.
