As a result of the face-to-face discussion on how to keep the quickstarts
consistent and make maintenance less error-prone, Rafael has created a tool to
automate this process.
Rafael updated all files with the correct license information as part of this
commit:

I have submitted a pull to correct most of the whitespace and tab issues:
