Steps to Reproduce:
1. build and deploy kitchensink-rf quickstart
2. load http://localhost:8080/jboss-as-kitchensink-rf/
3. click on the view link in the table with registered members
4. see the warning on the JBoss AS console and see that no popup with member
details is rendered
