Description:
The asciidoc generated by the docbook -> asciidoc XSLT is incorrect, making the
asciidoctor generated docbook xml invalid.
Correct the generated asciidoc either manually or by tuning the XSLT to enable
proper docbook xml generation via asciidoctor.
