Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Closing this issue as we do not have Websphere available to test on. Please
re-open this issue if you are able to provide a re-producer with Tomcat and the
relevant libraries. If you are unable to provide such a reproducer, I
recommend taking the issue up with IBM/Websphere.
