Now all the resources should be rendered correctly - the
org.richfaces.staticResources are almost identical between RF 4.3.4.Final and
RF 4.5.0-SNAPSHOT (the only difference is the placement of {{spacer.gif}}). The
remaining issue is with the {{skinning*.ecss}} files which are pulled from RF5
and not translated correctly due to RF-13225.
