Brian Leathem resolved RF-13366.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
The table footer is intended to be after the final row of the table. It would
be unintuitive to have whitespace between the footer an the table rows, they
would appear to be disconnected.
Try placing an additional element/component underneath your table to achieve
the layout you are looking for.
> ExtendedDataTable: footer is in the middle of the control if the height is
> constant

> Reproduce:
> Define class and assign it to your extendedDataTable:
> {code}
> .table_style {
> height: 500px;
> }
> {code}
> Prepare the test data to have minimum rows (not fill the whole table with
> data).
> Expected:
> Table height is 500px. Footer is on the bottom of the table and won't change
> place when rows amount changes.
> The whitespace is between the last row and the footer
> Actual:
> Table height is 500px. Footer is right under the last row and jumps each time
> the amount of rows changes.
> The whitespace is under the footer and surrounded by the table border.
