The only down-side here is that Resource Libraries allows to dynamically
determine actual resources (e.g. inclusion of
[{{richfaces-queue.js}}|https://github.com/richfaces/richfaces/blob/master/framework/src/main/java/org/richfaces/resource/AjaxResourceLibrary.java#L46]).
