Frank, could you please put breakpoint into
{{#javax.faces.context.ResponseWriterWrapper#startCDATA}} and see who calls
startCDATA just before this issue is reported? I think this might be rather
OpenFaces issue, but there is nothing how we could pursue this issue without
debugging.
