If there is an annotation {{@ResourceDependency}} with not existing resource
such as {{@ResourceDependency(library = "org.richfaces", name =
"base-component.reslib")}}
It doesn't throw an exception. However, exception CacheLoader returned null for
key org.richfaces:base-component.
