This is possibly a metamer issue. If I checkout the 4.3.5.20140113-Final
metamer tag and run it against the staged RichFaces {{4.3.6.Final}} jars then
everything works as expected.
Please confirm this is a metamer issue. In the future we should consider
verifying whether reported framework regressions are metamer regressions, as
this took a fair amount of time to narrow down.
