[~rbri] thanks for commenting on this issue. We have not reported it upstream
as it was not clear to us that it was an upstream issue. We felt further
investigation on our part was required to determine if this was the case,
something which we have not yet had the time to do.
If you are certain this is an upstream issue with CSSParser then we will go
ahead and file the issue.
