Resolution: Rejected
The BOM was renamed to {{richfaces-cache-bom}} since it now only manages the
cache dependencies (see RF-13626).
The required framework dependencies are managed transitively, and a depchain
was created to manage the push dependencies ({{richfaces-push-depchain}}).
This is poorly documented with the 4.5.0.Alpha3 release, we'll correct this
with the 4.5.0.Beta1 release.
