Resolution: Won't Fix
RichFaces 4.5.x cannot be deployed on JBoss AS 7.1 (or any older). This is due
to an enhancement we made to EPVC (Extended Partial View Context).
Instead of JBAS 7.1 you can use Wildfly 8.x (latest is 8.1). The deployment
mechanics are exactly the same. You can download it from
[this|http://wildfly.org/downloads/] page.
