Well, I ain't no Rocket Surgeon, but I know the Speaker's powers do *not* include placing the nation under martial law. But do you remember that first White House Secret Meeting when all the Senators came out mum? When asked what had transpired, to a man, all they could say it was bad, really bad, so bad they couldn't talk about it. What if the prez insisted on keeping the discussion secret imposed marital law, and convinced the Senate leaders to go along? But because they couldn't censor the House members, they got the Speaker to declare Martial Law on the House to keep the Secret from the mass media and hence, the Public. Well, eventually some of the story came out: Paulson was given a blank check, they borrowed a trillion dollars from the next generation, and the stock market crashed. We know all that, but what about the Secret? None of the this could possibly explain the Senators refusal to bloviate, or the Martial Law comment. All we got was more dollars being swindled from the Treasury than there are stars in the sky---in total defiance of We the People. But I repeat, what is the secret they won't divulge? They and the mass media just went on their merry way without an explanation. My uninformed best guess is, this demand to steal a Trillion dollars was coming from some powerful entity. Or a group of international institutions. Or allied nations. I know I'd be really pissed if I was told the derivative I bought was safe as US Treasury Bonds turned toxic. But this is just supposition. Here's another possibility. What if the problem really was the mismanagement and looting of Fannie & Freddie cooking the books to qualify for unearned bonuses and giving each other multi-million dollar golden parachutes? What if the People who run really run America and choose which candidates we can vote for, took this opportunity to devalue the dollar to usher in the NAU and the Amero. Maybe six months from now we'll be demanding them to save US. Now my liberal brother in Chgo thinks I'm crazy. And he's at least as smart as I. So I don't know, or to paraphrase Secty Rumsfeld, I don't know what I don't know. What I would like to know is: what was so damning that it caused one or more of our leaders to declare martial law? Since then it appears that the scandal is not limited to the USA, but spread around the globe. Maybe they have their own problems and has nothing to do with US. Maybe they got stuck with a barrel full of toxic ACORN-written mortgages that Fannie Mae sold to US Banks and were turned into derivatives for worldwide sale? Or maybe, just maybe, they are responding to the possibility that the U S dollar is about to crash and all the USD they have in their national treasuries are going to worth La Raza-written mortgage to an unemployed illegal alien on a $200K house, 6 months in arrears. There is one more strange "dot" to connect to this scandal. The surprise appearances of Lynne Rothschild on natl TV. That's got to be more than a coincidence.
