You only have power over peopnning author Alexander Solzhenitsyn
How ironic would it be if Obama who won at least 2 of his elections by getting
his opponent thrown off the ballot, is now disqualified?
If you told the story in a book of titled Poetic Justice, it would never be
published.

RICHS RANTS

Reminder: The first  Waco link on the trailer of this message includes the
murder of 3 BATF agents about 15 minutes into the film.

If you want to watch a loyal liberal democrat go nuts, ask him/her about
Barack's birth certificate. If they don't know about the issue, fill them in,
and then watch the fireworks. It is one subject they can't discuss rationally.
Try it, it's fun. They say all kinds of goofy stuff from "the people have
spoken" to they wouldn't dare because "there'd be riots on the streets from
Harlem to Watts". Or they might start ridiculing Attny Berg as some kind of
loose cannon nut, not knowing he's a life long heavy-weight Democrat who was
once the Attorney Genl of Penn, not that it would make a difference if they
knew. And be prepared to be called a few names too.

When they finally compose themselves, they'll act like it's a big joke and this
is just another stupid dirty GOP/neo-con trick to keep a black man out of the
White House and blame FOX, Rush and Hannity for their incendiary propaganda,
which will lead into the need to bring back the Fairness Doctrine, ha, ha, ha.

Truth is, the Republicans have no dog in this fight. They have nothing to gain
politically.

Just for a moment, let's assume Barack was born in Kenya. Let's go a step
further and assume that the Supreme Court disqualifies him. Who would become
the next president? McCain? I don't think so.

At first I "assumed" --- which comes from the Latin meaning, making an ass out
of you and me --- since the election is over, the VP-elect would get the nod,
barring any activist ruling by the Supreme Court, of course. But getting away
with that one wouldn't be as easy as destroying the public school system as
they did in Brown vs the Board of Education.

But then I remembered, hey, the Electoral College hasn't spoken yet. If the
Supreme Court decides Barack doesn't qualify, and stops there, they'd still be
within their constitutional authority---and the problem would belong to the
Electoral College. It would also give Obama supporters some time to vent on
George Bush and all those old white guys. Maybe even lead to the abolishment of
the College.

It's a lot easier to say what the College won't do than to predict what it will
do. They won't vote for John McCain or any Republican because by a 2:1
majority, give or take, they were pledged to the Democrat candidate. And
despite the claims that States can bind them to vote one way or another, that
would not pass a constitutional muster. Nor is there any Constitutional
authority to run a new election, albeit perhaps the best option.

Remember when Clinton was sued by Paula Jones for sexual harassment, and it was
leaked to Matt Drudge that he had lost his cool under questioning and the court
had recessed to allow him to recompose himself? Conservatives were besides
themselves with glee, but it soon turned out, Clinton was just having a little
fun with US. He planted the fake leak to make a laughing stock at the "citizen
reporter" who revealed the stain on Monica's skirt was presidential sperm.
Can't prove it, but I think good ol' Bill is playing US for suckers again.

Wasn't it strange that Clinton was being criticized for hurting Hillary's
chances with his audacious speeches? That's not a characteristic that Bill has.
Say what you will, he's sharp as a tack. He gives the word "cunning a new
meaning." Everything he said was meant to address a specific point he wanted
made. You can make book on that. He could sell refrigerators to Sarah's Eskimo
neighbors. He always knows his audience.

Don't you find it really strange that Obama chose his arch enemy for Secty of
State? Isn't it strange that the man who featured "change" as his campaign
motto selected so many from Who's Who catalog in the Clinton Administration? I
expected things like Bill Ayers as the unofficial Secty of Education, working
behind the scenes like Jamie Gorlick was when Janet Reno was the public
figurehead. Didn't you. Obama's picks have been genuine strong willed people.

Think how much Barack's rhetoric has changed on things like the war. He's even
lightened up on the class warfare. Hasn't mentioned abortion lately. IMHO,
I think Bill Clinton found out about Barack a long time ago and was trying to
figure out how to get the info into the public domain without leaving tell-tale
finger prints that could create a back lash (on Hillary). That's still
important because he doesn't want anyone putting undue pressure on the Democrat
majority in the College which could decide the election. He wants to give them
the choice between the woman who put 18 million cracks in the ceiling and was
good enough to be Barack's choice for Secty of State and "Joe, the gaff
machine."

Barack, on the other hand, wants to convince the Electors that there's
virtually do difference between he and Hillary, so why cause a Constitutional
crisis over nothing?

IMHO, it was perfectly orchestrated on both sides. If I'm wrong, well, I've got
a great story line for my next unpublished book.

HYPOCRITES EXTRAORDINAIRE

Can you imagine Congress pretending to get upset that the Big 3 CEOs flew into
DC when their own leader flies round trip to Calif every weekend in a plane
larger than Obama's campaign plane at a cost to the tax payer's of $60,000 each
way. One more reason to be happy when Congress is not in session.

Long time readers have read this before. Bill Clinton entered politics, he
caught the eye of the guv who ran the state of Ark, Winthrop Rockefeller, and
had a storied political life ever since. Now with that in mind:

MONEY CHANGERS

At first Rockefellers' CitiGroups was going to take over the troubled Wachovia
S&L, and when that didn't go thru, applied for and got $20B on top of the $25B
taxpayer already taken because "they were too big to fail even without
Wachovia!"
http://www.ustreas.gov/education/history/secretaries/rerubin.shtml

Citigroup $20B bailout took 24 hours to complete.

IMHO, any entity too big to fail must be broken up to prevent this dilemma in
the future.
That includes just about everybody who took taxpayer money for a bail out.

MUMBAI ATTACK

Has it not dawned on anyone in the media that the one thing all the mass
murdering attackers had in common was their religion? MUSLIM. Or is it just
another issue that needs to be censored?

QUESTION OF THE WEEK - Does torture work?

Does torture work? According to one who knows because he's been there, yes.
John McCain has admitted after 4 days of torture "I spilled my guts".

THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO, HMMM IN THE NIGHT
Saudi Prince buys into Fox News Channel. Hmmm? Why are jsut eharing about this
now when it happened 4 years
ago?http://israpundit.com/archives/2005/09/_saudi_prince_b.php
My guess is its got something to do with the change of administrations.

REMEMBER WHEN...
…   politics was fun and not a 24/7/365/4-year contact sport?

Things you can't say aloud---because the answer might scare you.
If you think the courts dispense justice fairly, and judges are fair arbiters
of the laws, how come we know if the question of abortion or gun control comes
even before the very Highest Court in the Land, we can accurately predict by
name the 4 who favor abortion and oppose gun control---and the 4 Justices who
will oppose them...and the final decision on who is right will be made by the
lone RINO on the court? All political; not even bi-partisan.

I'M MAD, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With ACORN, La Raza, and Ohio Dem officials sitting on 20,000 suspect voter
registrations and other Dept heads releasing Joe the Plumber's confidential
information, this has been an incredibly, uncreditable election.

Hope you didn't waste your time and gas to stand in line at one of their
polling places hoping the electoral system isn't a fraud.
