Nor does he care. He's willing to sacrifice US troops in a no-win war until there is an opportunity to pull out without accepting any of the blame. Our NATO allies must be throwing fits. I can't imagine how the USA can afford to finance Obama's war after all the bail outs, stimulation packages and plain economic suicide we see all around US.
