Illinois opened the Primary season last week.
If you're anything like me, you only know the names of the incumbents. This
year it's going to be different.
Everyone complains about the govt, but don't know who their opponents are.
First rule in change: don't vote for any incumbent in the primary. That way,
you can still vote for the Party of your choice come November. for instance,

A few years ago, when Tom “the Hammer” Delay was indicted for money laundering
(the case was never brought to court) the GOP was not allowed to replace him on
the Nov ballot. The Republicans had to write-in their candidates name in the
election.
Yes, I know, the Dems aren't held accountable for their mistakes.
