All they concluded is that the Court has joined the conspiracy in support of a possible usurper. This contrasts with the Fla election of Bush where the SCOTUS thru out a decision by the FLA Supreme Court. I have long said there is something wrong when you know how 8 of the 9 Justices will vote on any wedge issue. They did not accept the case. The court accepts a small percentage of the case brought to them. They can accept any case they choose, but they normally accept a case to sort out the differences in the appeals courts. As an example, the Fifth Circuit court of Appeals, in the Emerson case, ruled that the Second Amendment protects an individual right. In the case, Silveira v. Lockyer, the Ninth Circuit Court of appeals ruled that the Second Amendment does not protect an individual right. The Supreme Court took the Heller case to sort out the differences between the two appeals courts. Until such time that two different appeals courts have taken opposite positions on the issue, the Supreme Court is unlikely to take a case.
