In that article, a link was accidentally duplicated. The explanation and correction are below. In the process I got concerned about the 2009 date on the receipts. I thought maybe I was reading dated text, so I went back to my trusty browser and found a message dated April 2011. A radio interview with Pam Barnett http://www.terrylakinactionfund.com/tlafradio/54-tlafradio20110411.html Based on this, I have concluded that the case(s) brought forth by Berg/Barnett/Keys/Taitz/etal did not and will will not ever proceed in the judicial system for a fair hearing. I don’t know if it was rejected for not having standing or just ignored. We do know the SCOTUS has refused to listen to the merits of any such case, making a mockery of our federal judicial system. They have corrupted themselves. By the time we get thru with the menace, we’ll be lucky if this country is worth saving. If this country is to be saved, it will have to be done by enough patriotic citizens to turn it around. Maybe at state level. It doesn’t seem logical to stay in this union and inflict more harm upon ourselves another year-and-a-half. We’ve seen what damage the feds can do in a short lame duck session. It’s time to reassess our positions. With that said, for the record, here is the correction to what I set out to make.
