I share Tom's disappointment in the Fox News network. I first noiced it on
the O'Reilly Factor when he talked over some panel guests who mentioned the
eligibiity issue. "We don't talk about that here" he said more than once. At
first I thought O'Reilly was avoiding bad news about the POTUS so he could get
another interview. But the kicker was when Obama came out with that last pseudo
birth certificate that I had already seen dismantled on a vid, and O'Reilly
made a big deal tossing a supposed copy of the birth certificatet face down on
his desk, saying something to the effect that now we got his birth certificate,
"case closed."

Until recently, I DVRed 4 FNC programs every day and watched them in the wee
hours skipping over the commercials. First I stopped DVRing O'Reilly, and a
little later Gretta. I stopped DVRing Sean Hannity a week bfore Glenn Beck's
last day preferring to listen to the radio commentators. It's been about a week
now and I expect i'll be cancelling my DVR service this week.

I don't blame FNC. They caved under pressure from the White House. I understand
that. A lot of good men have. The whole Democrat Party did. Many Republicans
too.

Maybe in a month or 2, I'll feel differently, I don't know. I tinkered around
with the signing up for a subscription with GBTV, but he charges more for a
2-hour show than I pay for Rush Limbaugh's 3-hour show. And his site is the
best.

I'm sorry that FOX has become undependable.  I miss the way it used to be. I
remember saying that once before, when CNN lost it's objective reporting.
Haven't watched 30 consecutive minutes since. And life goes on.

Big Tom and Members;
In my opinion you are candidly correct on most of your observations, however
may I point out.....Fox is the only Conservative TV news outlet we have left,
therefore we don’t want to fall for all the liberal tactics to encourage people
to criticize Fox for not being (fair & balanced).  I feel sure that most of
these “Truth Spinners” are well educated on the Cloward-Piven Strategy and/or
have read Saul Alinsky’s  book, “Rules for Radicals”. Just look up the
credentials of Obama’s Czars and his Secretary of State.  The “Spin-Doctors”
are obviously doing all they can to see  Fox’s ratings drop, by causing
cancelations from their advertisers and maybe result in Fox “watering down”
their conservative format.

And Tom, as for your conclusions about some of Fox’s specific programs and
hosts..... I, myself select what I watch, but try to leave it on the station
(or stations) for ratings, while catching up on some other things I’m always
behind on. We have more than one TV in our house, and to “busy” myself, we have
two computers, a fax machine, 2 cell phones, a land line,  lot’s of bills to
pay, the grandchildren quite often, the house seems to always be in a mess, we
always have good food, etc...

I don’t watch Red Eye, very seldom watch O’Reilly or Geraldo, unless they have
a guest I want to see.  And I abandon at least one of the TVs when Hannity is
on, especially if he is “shouting out”  his guests and keeps repeating
himself.  And I don’t watch him when he has his misnamed “All American Panel”
on with one or more selected “clown” whom he feels makes his show “Fair and
Balanced”... for instance: Bob Beckel, Alan Colmes, Juan Williams, A Liberal
Talk Show Host, etc..

As for “Muslim's control the network”, I understand that the high-profile
Raghead investor, who has been  highly publicized by the spin doctors and the
liberal media only owns a very small percentage of common stock in “News Corp”,
Fox’s Parent Company, and he is not on News Corp’s or Fox’s Board of
Directors.  To avoid a debate that could clutter our e-mails, I would be glad
to discuss this in more detail off-site.  ...ccpga members, I’m referring to
our very simple posting policy, which should appear on all our e-mails...

Tom, If you don’t mind this 79 year old U.S. Army Veteran from TN bragging on
you, another Veteran from TX, who was a combat Paratrooper..THIS IS A FACT:
You have the perception, the empathy, the ability to see and understand things
the way they really are, and possess the unique ability to express yourself in
writing.  And since I am only a “wanna-be” good writer, I wouldn’t miss
anything you write and send.

Please keep the “cards-and-letters” coming, and I’ll keep this old worn-out
mule kicking----making sure I leave deep hoof prints on, and do serious harm to
all who are trying to take over and destroy our Great Country.

God Bless You Tom, Jeannine, our Dedicated ccpga Members and America,

Subject: the corruption of FOX News and why I no longer watch

I am a 62 year old patriot, Vietnam Veteran, and proud Texan, and I am writing
to say that I am no longer watching FOX News.

Once I was a regular viewer, and even recorded certain programs to insure I had
a chance to see them.

I am disgusted with O'Reilly and his constant excuses and ingratiating demeanor
to obama.

I get home and am exhausted from work, and I don't want to listen to a bunch of
hyperactive shouting matches with the guests on Hannity.

I tune in to try to learn something, but find myself angry and distracted by
the amount of shouting and ignorant comments made by guests trying to make a
point, or drown out each other's comments.

Shep makes me ill, with his arrogant, and smart aleck comments, and I will not
watch his program.

Brett Baier and Megan are my favorite anchors, and while I enjoy both their
personalities I am disgusted with the continued presence of the pro liberal
opinions of the panels on Brett's program.

I like Cavuto, but the factual reports of financial experts have not stopped
the continued abuse of government regulators, the spending of my tax money, and
the waste of billions of federal dollars every day.  I have become as able as
the experts to explain why the market does not do any better or worse.

I don't want to listen to liberal opinion when I tune in, as I can find it on
every other channel, and any newspaper, or magazine.

There is NOTHING of interest to me in the sickeningly brutal murder of the
child in Florida, and I feel that program directors, and schedulers are happy
to run hour after hour of the disgusting trial for the pure amusement of
freaks, and to allow a long summer vacation for news staff.

Geraldo is the most agonizingly pitiful show host on the channel, and I cannot
tolerate his obnoxious championing for the rights of illegal aliens.

I don't understand a serious news channel that broadcasts the Red Eye program,
generally a disgusting glimpse into the side of America that most conservatives
are entirely in disapproval of tolerating.

I am just a single viewer, and my lack of support will not put you out of
business, but since the Muslim's control the network, and the program directors
have failed to keep in touch with the conservative audience, it is time for me
to quit wasting my time on your programs, and devote myself to reading the
Koran, and going outside to listen for sirens and to see the smoke from an
America that is disappearing while news organizations push filth, ignorance,
and promote islam, accept illegals, and appeal to the base instincts of
ignorant viewers who will tolerate and thrive with your current programming.
