The debt ceiling tabacle I LOVE MY COUNTRY I HATE MY GOVT ‘Tweren’t too long ago, we cheered our warrior Speaker Boehner into battle Vs the White House. He came out of battle bragging about getting the prez to agree to billions of dollars in cuts. And as we all know, when all was said and done, the actual amount of the cuts turned barely a million. This week Sen McConnell says there’s no way to make a deal on the Debt Ceiling with Obama---and we cheered. Yesterday, McConnell offered a proposal that increases the Ceiling $2.5 Trillion to get the prez thru the 2012 election. Is anybody seeing a pattern yet? If the debt ceiling isn't raised by Aug 2nd the Budget will be balanced as of Aug 3rd.
