I remember writing about the “ FISA Court ” years ago. As I recall, decisions were made by anonymous “judges”, not by traditional independent judges, who could authorize non-constitutional actions in certain foreign cases, with no one ever knowing. IMHO, it sounded like they were effecively writing secret legislation which doesn’t sound healthy for a free society.
