This is the first time I have seen the word “loan” attached to this issue. More often I read foreign banks “bailed out”. Glad so much of it was paid back, but this doesn't look much like a complete audit being asked for by various Congressmen. IMHO, the govt ought to start looking at breaking up these “too big to fail” institutions/corps under the Sheridan anti-trust laws.
