Article 2, Section 3 Congress has the sole power “To establish an uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States. Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 Naturalization rules must be uniform. Any so-called amnesty passed by Congress is invalid and unconstitutional, unless the “rules” apply uniformly. Also reference Equal Rights clause in the 14th Amendment. The Constitution is a contract between the States on behalf of the People and the US govt the states created. Both “not faithfully defending the border” and “granting amnesty”, are grounds for impeachment based on the Constitutional clauses cited above. Rich Martin
