Case Law Vs the Constitution Long time readers may remember my tit-for-tat with my granddaughter when she got her law degree. I asked her a question about the Constitution, to which she replied, “Aw, gramps, did you ever hear of Case Law?” For the record she has been busy doing a lot of grunt work for lawyers since then. Last month, I’m proud to say, she is now a magistrate in a East Coast State . On the other hand, I now share her opinion of the Constitution. The greatest Document written since the Bible has been trampled and trampled and now officially dead. IMHO, our govt is too far gone to save. Our precious Constitution has been trampled to death by both parties. It’s time to do what they did in 1787, write a new Contract with the People to replace the old one. EXAMPLE Not only is there no credible evidence of where BHO was born, there is no credible evidence of who the sperm donor was. My guess is his biological father was Frank Marshall Davis, whom he wrote fondly about in the "Dreams of my Father", making Barack a natural born citizen.
