Are we living in a post-constitution era?

The role of Congress is to write legislaton that will be enforced by the
executive branch. The current resident at the White House thinks his job, as
CEO of the executive branch, is to tell Congress what laws and regulations to
write.

The problem with this “tax cut” it is defunding Social Security which would
otherwise otherwise receive this money. The only effect on Big Govt is, there
isn’t going to be as much FICA money to “borrow” and spend on other things.

Christmas Eve 2009, Democrat Congress passes Obamacare before the new Congress
is seated on Jan 1.

Without a Constitution, there is no valid directive by the States authorizing
the existence of the current govt to exist. Therefore, we are being governed by
a de facto outlaw govt.

"Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion
of the day; but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished
period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers
(adminstrators) too plainly proves a deliberate, systematic plan
of reducing us to slavery."
