Well that’s what the Obama Affordable Healthcare bill is --- a fraud. The bill which includes a number of revenue raising laws, did not "originate" in the House as required. Only the cover sheet from an earlier time did. How stupid do you have to be to think you can convince anyone the bill originated in the House? It too, is fraudulent. Can a fraud be considered disorderly behavior?
