Here sounds as if he was raised in another country and knows nothing about the first amendment. Instead of citing lack of evidence for the dismissal, the Judge rips the victim for being the antagonist. This is clearly unconstitutional and blatantly biased toward an attacker who just couldn’t control himself after being insulted.
