7 Inferior Court Justices declared the Ariz immigration law (which mirrors the US Law) unConstitutional claiming: the feds have exclusive right to enforce immigration laws. If States cannot defend/protect their own borders, they patently are no longer sovereign. We are no longer the USA , just the SA (STATES of America SA). Doesn’t this judicial interpretation mean that states cannot enforce other state laws if they are also on the Fedl books, such as the War on Drugs, highway safety/emission laws, bank robbery, gun control or public education?
