Obama immigration amnesty to include middle school dropouts

I don’t get this. First the prez issues  blanket “amnesty” to a certain class
of people, which is, I guess, a legitimate constitutional presidential power.
But what exactly is amnesty?

Amnesty synonyms: absolution, pardon, forgiveness, remission, remittal (release
from the guilt or penalty of an offense)

OK, I get it. He absolves them of their sins (coming into the country
illegally), pardons them (if they have been caught and convicted), negates
their crime(s) and remits their sins. But what about their “right” to remain in
our country?

It does not give them the right to get a job or a DL or allow them to remain in
the country as unregistered citizens. That is not “amnesty”. Those are changes
in the law written by the Congress and disobeyed by the Executive Branch. We
call it legislation. And how is anyone going to determine whether the univited
guests  are 30 or 31, much less at what age they were brought into the country?
Or, even, from which country they hail?

Or is it Constitutional to differentiate between someone due to age? Or how
well they did in school?

I take that back. This is not legislation. This is an Amendment to the
Constitution.

Congress has the power
To establish an uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject
of bankruptcies throughout the United States :
Article I, Section 8, clause 4 of the US Constitution.

Is the Constitution really unenforceable? Is any of it enforceable? Can it be
ignored or amended at will by the POTUS? By what right does the current govt
derive their just powers if not the Constitution?

IMHO, the written contract with We the People is broken. Null and void.

With the demise of the Constitution, Declaration of Independence becomes the
true Supreme Law of the Land by default.

Our inalienable God given rights.

It’s time to convene an Article V convention.

·        US Constitution ARTICLE V
The Congress, whenever two-thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall
propose amendments to this constitution, or on the application of the
legislatures of two-thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for
proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and
purposes, as part of this constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of
three-fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three-fourths
thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the
Congress: Provided, that no amendment which may be made prior to the year 1808,
shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of
the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of
its equal suffrage in the Senate.
